Preparation of full papers

All papers in English must contain original, unpublished research results.

Submissions have to be limited to a maximum of four pages in the conference A4 two-column paper format: (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html). Submissions have to be in pdf format, and are limited to a 10 MB file size. Papers that use different formatting from the ELMECO 2017 template, have more than four pages, or explicitly reveal authors' identity will be automatically removed from the reviewing process.

Accepted papers will be published in the ELMECO 2017 Conference Proceedings. Papers positively reviewed and presented at the conference will appear in the IEEE Xplore digital library. If a paper is accepted, it is assumed that an author will attend the conference to present the paper. No-show papers will not be send to IEEE Xplore.

The reviewing process will be ”double blind” first submitted version of the paper should be appropriately anonymized not to reveal the authors or authors' affiliations. Authors will have the opportunity to address reviewers before the final decision is made.

Submitting a copyright release form

All authors have to fill and submit the copyright forms in order to have their papers included in the ELMECO 2017 conference proceedings (one copyright transfer form per paper, not per author). For this reason, IEEE Intellectual Property Rights Office (IPR) will contact corresponding authors by e-mail.

Please note that you are stating that the paper is original and you have not previously released copyright for this paper to another party. We cannot publish your paper without this properly completed form. In order to achieve successful transfer of copyright, please make sure that the order of the authors and the title you input in the form are identical to what is provided in the final paper.

Deadline for revised paper submission: 14 November 2017. This is a hard deadline for revised papers to be included in the ELMECO 2017 Proceedings on IEEE Xplore.

Anti-plagiarism policy

Submissions to ELMECO 2017 should have no substantial overlap with any other paper already submitted or published, or to be submitted during the ELMECO 2017 review period. All papers will be cross-checked for plagiarism before the review process (IEEE CrossCheck).

All persons who have made any substantial contribution to the work should be listed as authors, and all listed authors should have made some substantial contribution to the work. All authors should be aware of the paper being submitted.
