Dr. Nikitin completed his Ph.D. at Charles University, specializing in macromolecular physics. His research interests lie in the field of micro- and nanophase separation in polymer systems.

Before joining academia, he gained practical experience as a researcher at HVM Plasma spol s r.o. in Prague, Czech Republic. Since 2021, Dr. Nikitin has been a scientific researcher at the Department of Macromolecular Physics. His work focuses on understanding the behavior of polymers at the micro- and nanoscale. He investigates phase transitions, self-assembly, and material properties, contributing to advancements in polymer science. Dr. Nikitin collaborates with colleagues and students, fostering an environment of scientific exchange. His expertise extends to experimental techniques, theoretical modeling, and data analysis. His research sheds light on the intricate interactions within polymer systems, impacting fields such as materials science and biophysics.
